A Walk in the Park- The Story of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Future Parks Programme

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Future Parks Programme, sought to secure the future of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough’s parks, by building lasting cross sector partnerships, identifying sustainable sources of fundings, identifying partnership models, building community resilience and providing a wide range of skills and training. The programme was externally funded by Heritage Lottery Fund, National Trust ad Department for levelling up, housing and communities and the journey began back in March 2020.

As the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Future Parks Programme drew to a close in September 2022, we wanted share our FPA Story with all partners and key stakeholders that have support us on our journey, demonstrating lessons learnt, key achievements and future commitments to parks and open spaces.
